Seems to be very well made and of good quality. Excellent for my purposes of frying tiny quantity of herbs. And cute too! I use this on an induction cooktop and the handle doesn't get hot for the small amount of time that I use it. But beware, it will get hot on any other kind of stove.

I really want to give this this little pan a five star... but I can'tIt's heavy duty for sure, and I was hoping to be able to replace my 5" Tfal, but a combination of the small diameter, and the one inch depth, creates 3 problems;1. the bottom of the pan is not perfectly flat, so the heavy handle makes it want to tip and rock a little, and even though the egg is a good counter balance, it will not make full bottom contact with a ceramic top stove. I had to assist in holding it up for melting butter before adding the egg.2. the small diameter makes the egg so deep and thick, that at a lower temp, in an effort to cook without burning, the egg gets a little rubbery... and at a higher temp it will stick, and burn a little, while not fully cooking in the middle. so flipping without a utensil is near impossible... It will not work for my perfect Egg MAC Muffin, but might work for a small amount of butter for a single serving of popcorn.3. The handle gets very hot.I purchased 2 of these.I would love to see a 5 inch model with a flatter bottom that's copper coated on the outside.

5 stars. Looks great and is the perfect size. I had trouble guaging the size I needed so here's some pictures to help.1/2 on the left, 1 cup on the right. Picture with 1 cup of water in the pan, the water gets to the top of the bolts. 1.5 cups of water fills this pan to the bottom of the ridge, and it holds 1.75 cups of water at the very rim.Hope this helps.
