TapTape is my go to tape! I’ve used other brands that I’m not gonna call out, but for my level of training and conditioning this is the only tape that could stand up to the challenge. I've been doing bjj for almost 2 years now and I can't live without tapes. I train 6 days a week. I've used muller tapes for bjj and this is way more superior than muller in many ways. First, it doesn't leave the nasty residue like muller. It stays longer and stronger than muller. Also you don't have to rip it into small pieces since it's already cut out for you. If you do bjj or grappling this is the tape to go for.
