However, the book states on page 9 this is more "multi-purpose" knots and has a "less is more" attitude. Unfortunately, I know most of these so I will likely gifting this to a sibling or friend. This book DOES offer very well defined and pictured instructions for every knot I learned in Boy Scouts and when I learned to Fish. Newbies to camping/hiking/survival/fishing/hunting will find this an excellent resource.
