I like the product but don’t like the price point. I work outside a lot, and started taking because I realized how important proper hydration is. When you’re dehydrated, thirst is kind of a lagging indicator so, I keep these, and a bottle of water close, I take it before I do any activity because like previously mentioned thirst is a late tell sign. It contains the important electrolytes and minerals that the bottle needs for proper recovery. It crazy how much water we lose through the day through sweat, breathing and using the bathroom so I’ll keep this flowing with my stacks. It’s just really expensive 14 days supply at this price point. I do like that it doesn’t have those fake sweeteners and bs in the ingredients, but I’d like to see a lower price point and I’d purchase more frequently

These aren't bad but definitely better with raw honey. They're great for no appetite days or when you don't feel great.

This really does help with hangovers. Once you power through the interesting taste it works wonders.

I have a lot of flavors of this product and most are very good.The ginger turmeric flavor if different than the others. It really has a ginger kick along with the warming sensation that comes from eating ginger. It’s also a really pretty color of yellow due to the turmeric. I think I will save this flavor for when I’m cold or maybe even sick. I might even try adding a drop of lemon. I don’t love this flavor but I feel like the benefits outweigh the strong taste. To give context, watermelon is my favorite flavor of this brand but I also like lime, berry and grapefruit. I normally love green tea but not with this brand. Orange is weird too.You have to be careful because turmeric will dye anything yellow. Like if you pour it down a white sink and don’t rinse it, your sink will get a yellow stain. Or if you spill it, it will stain whatever, fairly quickly. However, I love that about this product! Real ingredients!As a flight attendant, this product has really helped with my hydration when I have to fly 4 days week then return to my home in Arizona (it’s a dry heat!).
