BTW, if you live near a Sally Beauty Supply, they only charge $5 for the Jilbere comb. **Q: wich side is even side wich is choppy side?** A: The cut comb cuts evenly on both sides. The rounded side fits the shape of the head and is good for cutting large areas. I use the short side for trimming around ears and side burns. The comb is great for short hair styles. **Q: Would this be good too trim down the sides of my big beard?** A: YES...baically razor blades in a comb! Stays sharp through many uses. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for bangs and maintaining a short hair cut, women or men. *by K***C on August 26, 2017* I really like this comb / razor. I have only had it a few weeks and used it three times but so far it has been nice and sharp. I do not see a lot of difference between using either side, they seem kinda the same, but I just use it for my sides and bangs with a short hair cut I recently got and it does fine for that. I like that the other end has a regular comb on it too. I will update after I use it again to tell you how long or after how many uses the blade dulls. I like the Conair cutting comb a little better still and will probably keep ordering it until they no longer sell it (it's getting harder to find and keeps getting more expensive) but this one does make a good back up razor comb for now. The instructions on the back saying why you would use one side over the other are not very good so that's why I took one star off for now.
