Bought this to replace one that is many hundreds more that was out of stock at the time i needed a new one. 1st it's worked for in a commercial location for 3 months so far. As for the leads, throw those in the trash. Buy real ones. Main problem is if there is a power outage it needs to be reset by flipping the switch back and forth. Make sure your pump is thermally protected! They don't care for running dry. I bought a second because they're so inexpensive.
