I have 2 of these copper crispers. I bought the second one from Amazon because I needed more than one tray. I use them often oven fries with sweet potatoes and russett potatoes and do not cook with oil. The fries come out very tasty and do not stick to the pan. The crisper is also easy to clean.

I was going to buy and air fryer but after doing a lot of research, I learned that you can basically air dry in a convection oven on a wire rack. I really didn’t want another appliance on my counter top!Since buying this, I have “air fried” soooo much stuff and it taste delicious. I recommended this method because this is more versatile than a single use appliance, and cheaper. Love it.

I like this item! Food does come out crispy and non-greasy and clean up is a snap. I do wish it were a little deeper but the dimensions were on the page so that is my fault. It is just my husband and I so the portion is fine. I believe I will order another so that I can cook bigger amounts if needed.

Smallish and be careful removing from the oven. You have to be aware what you are grabbing because the parts do not lock together and burning your self with a pan that suddenly separates is real people. From a material stand point it is well made. Get a $1 mesh grill topper and use it in the oven until you break/bend it to death. Chunk, Repeat. The grill toppers are much bigger also.

Bought this for my son as a joke since he had asked for an air fryer (the electric kind). Told him this was the poor man's version. As it happens, he loves it. We are all so impressed I asked him to buy ME one for the next gift giving time!

It worked great for about 3 days, and then everything started sticking to it more and more. I never used anything more abrasive on it than the back of a typical sponge and light pressure, but whatever non stick coating that was on it quickly came off. I haven't even been using it for a month and now everything I cook on it welds itself on, and I have to stand there scrubbing it for 10 minutes, pushing on it like I'm Hulk Hogan even after letting it soak in hot soapy water for over an hour. The basket is a complete joke, I used it once and everything stuck to that the first time and I never bothered using it again.The whole reason I bought this was so I could stop having to use so much aluminum foil. Now I have to start using it again. It's not even real copper, it's copper colored stainless steel with a ceramic coating that immediately comes off. Part of the reason I wanted to stop using aluminum foil was because I've heard that you end up eating trace amounts of it and it builds up in your brain and causes alzheimer's and whatnot, but now I notice with this, if I dry it with a paper towel after cleaning it, the paper towel comes back with a copper hue to it. If it's not a real copper tray then who even knows what that is that they colored it with, but I certainly don't want to be eating it. I have a real copper skillet that I've been using daily for about a year and still nothing sticks to that. I figured this would be okay but I guess not. Why doesn't anyone make a real copper tray in this size? All the trays like this on Amazon are the same Chinese pieces of junk branded under different names. Don't waste your money on this garbage.

I use it in my toaster oven. This tray helps the toaster oven do a better job crisping and catching liquids on the bottom pan. Really worth the price..

Love being able to cook the foods we love without oil and the food still has great favor! Just wish it was larger.
