I also use it constantly in the kitchen to slide entire trays of oven chips, roasted veg, or sheet-pan cookies straight onto plates or wire racks without breaking anything. Ive ran a smash burger van now for over 3 years regularly cooking over 1000 patties a week, During this time I've gone through 12 temperature probes, 3 smashers and replaced almost all of my equipment apart from my hells handle which is still going as strong as the day I bought it, Its definitely a quality bit of kit and would not hesitate to reccomed it to anyone serious about cooking.
