It's not too much more, but is it really a lot better?** A: Slight advantage to the Oshlun over the Freud 208, mainly due to having more teeth. The Oshlun isn't quite as clean as the DW/Delta 7670 though, which tends to run a bit higher in price. Any of those will have significantly better performance than the $30-$50 sets from Avanti, HF, Mibro, Vermont American, Promax, and others. However, none of these entry level sets do as well as the premium sets from Infinity, Freud, Forrest, Systimatic, Ridge Carbide, etc @ $200+, mainly due to the design and quality of manufacture...there really is a notable difference, but the better ~ $90+ sets can be "good nuff". It all boils down to need, usage, economics, and priorities. **Q: I have a 10 inch Roybi portable saw. Which set would be more approiate the 6 inch ? or the 8 inch?** A: Don't know if you are still thinking about this, but I have a Ryobi BT3100 and although in theory it could use 8" dado blades, it can't. I got some 8" off CL at an excellent price, but when I put them in, they rub against the body of the saw. There is a little bump out there for some reason. Thus the manufacturer says 6" blades. I could use it if I were to use only a small cut, but what's the point. So check this out with your saw. Sometimes the manufacturer actually may know something. **Q: Can a Dado cut the tongue of a tongue and groove or would I need a router. Right now using several pass method on a table saw but impricise** A: It can, but there are more appropriate tools that can cut a tongue & groove with a lot less set up time. A dado will need spacers & shims which may need to be made to get the spacing you require for the tongue to be made in one pass. **Q: will this fit a dewalt 7491rs table saw with the insert that came with the saw?** A: I have a Dewalt 745 and it worked just like the supplied blade.
