**Q: Will this fit a large size man for back ??**
A: If he has a large waist, you will have to get an extender that has velcro attachments.  It's small for my 40" waist, just barely fitting.

A: I didn't time it.  However I needed to ice after surgery for several days and I thought it stayed cold a pretty long time.

A: I’m  not sure what you ordered, so I don’t know.  I ordered mine it fits and works very well

**Q: How long is the strap? i need to know maximum, stretched length.**
A: The length of the strap is 25.5inches,  the maximum stretched length is 33 inches.
