Bought as a gift for my partner and he absolutely loved it! The only issue is the drawer which feels a bit cheap.. It looks stunning and very luxurious but doesn’t feel like it.I bought it on 47% discount so that wasn’t a big problem for us, but if i was the original price I would have expected a bit better quality.

This is well built and it’s heavy your do need some Space because it’s quite large, but my husband liked it

You know you have bought a quality item as soon as your Collecter arrives. It is very nicely and securely packaged.First impressions are wow.... this is a nice display case. It feels very solid and well made. The perspex lid is nice and sturdy and solid feeling and the bonus of a drawer under the display section allows you to store more watches, straps and tools.I love how the watches are displayed under the lid and the stepped display platform adds a touch of class.I have had a lot of watch cases over the years and this is by far the best one I have owned.With hand on heart I can confidently say you will not be disappointed if you buy one of these.

First impressions of this are way over the top packaging to create the illusion of luxury. A box covered in plastic, foam and cardboard inserts, another plastic bag, a cardboard cover for the internal box, a heavy display quality card box, more foam packaging, another plastic wrapping, the item itself, then more foam inside the item. "Excessive" is the word. All this packaging either goes in the bin or takes up space in the attic. For what?The item itself seems nicely made, but mine had a minor chip in the wood veneer on the drawer. Not sure how I'll fair taking the acrylic lid off and on each time I need to put my watch away/ put it on...But I chose the full lid version over the hinged version as I suspect the plastic hinges will be the first things to fail on the pro model.Another troubling feature, considering the volume of packaging, and the 'luxury' aspect of the watch display box itself, is the image of these poor, homeless Vietnamese kids, one of whom the business owners say they will shelter for a night in a homeless shelter with each purchase. This is a good thing obviously. But I was almost tempted to return this luxuriously packaged thing and just donate what I spent on it to homeless people. Something I may still do....

Wonderful looking item and the packaging was like an expensive watch. However, QA clearly lacking as mine had a large scratch on the underside which was clearly there before the elaborate packaging was applied. What a shame.

The box was beautifully made… However, you get what you pay for & it wasn’t cheap.The amount of packaging (2 cardboard boxes, cellophane shrink wrap, polystyrene layers & casing, cardboard sleeve) from the manufacturer plus the Amazon outer box (padded out with screwed up sheets of brown paper) was ridiculous & really put the gift recipient off to the extent that he made me promise not to buy anything from this supplier again.It’s either fragile or it’s not, you decide. It may be lack of trust in the carrier but really… I’ve had porcelain with less packaging that travelled fine because the box was designed right. The supplier of this are ‘designers’ so surely they could turn their hands from designing wooden boxes to cardboard outer boxes?Hence the low rating. Very disappointing.
