I weigh about 170 lbs and it held me as I leaned away and pulled. They are very well made. Review: Easy To Install Shower Safety Grab Bars - When my elderly father expressed concern about falling in the shower, I immediately started looking for grab bars that could be installed over his textured shower tiles without having to drill into them. My sister recommended these because they use adhesive in addition to suction cups, which gave us a little more confidence. We hired someone through TaskRabbit to install them, and he even added some additional tile adhesive for extra security. They have been wonderful! If the mirrored wall is made up of individual tiles, be sure the suction cup does not cross one of the lines where the tiles meet or air will get behind the it. Depending on how tight the mirror is to your own wall, that is your level of security. If the mirror can pull off of the wall then the grab handle is not going to provide you safety. **Q: Are these compatible with 4 inch tiles?** A: Yes, it could. The diameter of the suction cup measures 3.7 inch and it can fit in 4 inch tiles. What's more, the grip measures total 16.8 inch which is perfect for holding with both hands. **Q: What is the maximum weight the suction cup L bar can support?** A: Don't know. Check the specks. It is made to help you maintain balance and not support the entire weight of a person. The hold is strong and provides the needed assist. You can send it back if it doesn't work for you but it is one of the best of this type I've tried. **Q: What is the warranty on the taili shower grab bar?** A: When you click on the Warranty link on the Amazon web site it suggests you contact the seller or manufacturer for warranty info. The manufacturer promises to resolve any quality issues if you call them. I am not sure what kind of warranty you are looking for. The manufacturer cannot guarantee that the bar will not break away from the shower wall, because how good the suction is depends a lot on how you install it. The shower wall must be extremely clean and free of soap residue, and the suction cups must not cover any cracks or tile joints on the wall. Follow the installation instructions carefully and you will be very happy with this bar. Remember that these bars are designed to help you maintain your balance, not carry your full body weight. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They fulfill their claims. *by B***R on September 26, 2026* I installed in our shower that has large, smooth ceramic tile walls. I installed them on an acrylic shower stall and they grip like cement. They are perfect for adding some sort of stabilization for getting into or out of the shower, or just for turning around if your legs are a bit unsteady. They are not designed to support a 200 lb. Man getting up off the floor. Mine have been on the shower wall for 3 months now and I am very happy with them. ## Frequently Bought Together - TAILI Grab Bars for Bathtubs and Showers 2 Pack Suction Grab Bar, Heavy Duty Shower Handle Removable Bath Handrails for Seniors and Elderly, Bathroom Safety Grip No Drilling Waterproof,Grey - FSA/HSA Eligible Toilet Safety Rails, Adjustable Toilet Frame for Elderly, Seniors, Handicap & Disabled, Foldable Handicap Toilet Handles Fit Any Toilets (300 LB) - Medline Shower Chair for Inside Shower, Heavy Duty, 350 lb Capacity, Adjustable Height, Non-Slip Seat with Padded Armrests & Back, White --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ec/products/538837563-taili-grab-bars-for-shower-suction-shower-handles-rails-2](https://www.desertcart.ec/products/538837563-taili-grab-bars-for-shower-suction-shower-handles-rails-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Ecuador* *Store origin: EC* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
