The wood is far too lightweight and the string is completely wrong, so it's impossible to spin hard enough to produce a decent sound. The slightest bit of wind is enough to send the whole thing spinning out of control, twisting and knotting the string and completely robbing you of any control over how fast and in which direction the bullroarer spins. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Needed some work. *by S***I on 22 April 2016* As received I feel that it's over priced, and not up to the qualiy that I expected. Overall finish is fair at best. The hole for the cordage was too way small, completely off centre, and totally unfinished, rough edged and splintered, the cord was also very thin. As for the artwork...... However, after a few minutes, work I had enlarged and centred the hole and replaced the supplied cord with a leather one.
