Freeze dried hamburger patties that just need to be soaked in water for a short period and then cook however you want - on the grill or in the frying pan or whatever turns your crank. Or chop it up and use like regular hamburger. I think it's a fantastic idea and something that everybody that has any kind of emergency or survival food storage should consider adding to their supplies. My only complaint is that apparently this company's offerings are made to order. In other words, you place your order, and when enough orders are received for a selected product, then they start the freeze drying process. Freeze drying food is a time consuming process, and so far my experience with this company is don't expect your order in less than 3 weeks.
