This tool is not listed in the drop down menu to register a new tool to the account. Searched You tube and found someone that had the same problem. He advised to use the Thinkcar brand and it worked great. Connects to my personal vehicle and auto locates the vin. It takes about 10 seconds to lock into the vin and start the scan.
