While yes the usb 2.0 over ethernet does work, it's very slow, so anything other than basic game controllers would quickly over populate the line. Worth noting! It did cause a weird issue with a driver conflict on my pc, where it would show devices randomly connecting, then disconnecting and back every few seconds, quick google search to fix it tho, and I'm sure you can too.
