This peeler is made of good quality stainless steel. Does the job of peeling just about anything perfectly.

non troppo bene
nonostante l'articolo sia di ottima fattura in acciaio robusto e pesante, le patate riesce difficile sbucciarle al meglio, la buccia tende a venir via spessa e a pezzettini, quindi il taglio non è continuo e lineare a fettine sottili e lunghe come ci si aspeterebbe e la patata ne esce tutta a spigoli... non so se ci voglia una certa esperienza per saperlo usare al meglio ma io non l'ho preso per fare un corso di taglio....molto meglio i tagliapatate dell'ikea per quanto mi riguarda non lo consiglio.
