Freaking excellent.
This book, while not perfect is written and crafted with care and attention to detail. The tech book space is littered with crap. I love this book...most of it.I would love for some of the ASP.NET Core concepts to be taught in a little more of a reference type isolated fashion, as many of the examples are heavily married to example projects which can be a pain in the ass when you need a quick answer. Not a huge fan of so much attention to things like Blazor. However, it's part of the game, and while I am not a fan of the inclusion proportion, it's incredibly well done and presented.Overall, while it may not function as much as I would have liked in a reference sense, I would say every inch is tightly presented. No loose threads, no slop like many tech books you read. The author says this was probably his best book written and I while I have not read any of his other books, I would say that doesn't sound like a stretch. Also, this author doesn't use fake reviews and I admire that. There's only 4 reviews for this book!!! Damn. We need to support honest writers like this, as I am starting to see crap books float to the top with bogus reviews.Just for the hell of it, I ran Freeman's work through Fakespot, and he is 100% legit, and his entire store got an 'A'. Real deal.
