I was worried the smallest size wouldn't fit as I was just under the foot size cut off. I have't have any times where i feel it's to big, especially when my foot is swollen! I just wear it with thick socks to i can really get it tight without pain where the brace stops and starts. It's kept me from falling and hurting myself. It has a really good support. Only thing is, it can be difficult to take off and put on and does get uncomfortable after a few hours of wearing it.
