Didn't last the summer. Two months of use and it's leaking at both connection points.
This hose was overpriced and did not last. While it does expand, the rubber sticks on itself, making it difficult to drag out. It first started to leak at the nozzle connection after gentle use. Now it is spraying out of the spigot connection. This has affected the water pressure for the hose and it is going in the trash unfortunately.

Compact and durable
We've been using this 100 ft hose for 6 months and it's great. Fits in a small container when retracted. Durable and lightweight. Does not kink. Great water pressure. Nozzle is good quality too. We'll be replacing all of our old traditional green hoses with this type.

There was nothing I liked about this hose
Unfortunately, this hose was just awful. It's rubbery on the outside, so it constantly sticks to itself, so if it gets tangled, it's not coming untangled easily. I think my hose was in a sticky ball all summer. It was so difficult to use, constantly trying to keep it untangled and having to go undo the ball of hose multiple times per use. Within a couple uses, it had several spots where the rubbery covering tore. The hose still functioned, but tears after a few uses shouldn't be the norm. It's also heavy. Not as heavy as a standard hose, but much heavier than my other expandable hoses. After about 4 months of use, the hose sprung a leak up near the nozzle. I was ecstatic because I could finally get rid of this awful hose.

Leaks everywhere after the first summer of use…
The media could not be loaded. I like the expandable hose but its quality seems deficient. I got mine in July 2023 and it’s already leaking everywhere. Will have to get another brand of hose as this brand has quality defects

Best customer service
I had issues with the product leaking at the hose head connection very soon after buying the product. There are instructions on how to do repairs, but given I had only owned the hose for a short time I contacted the company. They promptly replied and offered me a refund. The hose is still functional. Just unlikely to be all that durable. Their customer service is excellent.

Falls apart in the sun
It has a rubber on the outside. It’s very short and must be pulled hard like Dangerous rubberband! The black rubber split all apart and melted in the sun. I expected stretchy fabric, not hot fragile rubber. I wanted something that was actually 100 feet. This is not 100 feet unless you pull it’s so hard and it’s filled with water very difficult to work with. I hate it.

100’ Sticky and Bubbles
I purchased a similar hose, but wrapped in fabric. It ruptured 2x in as many years and needed to be replaced. This is my 3rd expandable hose at 100’ length. The length is great and very versatile as it collapses to about 50’ when empty. And that’s about all it’s good for. This hose is not meant for rough use. Any more than casual gardening would push this hose to its limits. The listing says that this hose is more durable because it does not have the fabric, which I feel is not true. Because there is no fabric outer layer, the rubber exterior gets caught easily on anything from steps to rocks, or even itself. Also, the exterior is very STICKY. Maneuvering it around the yard reminds me of taking off sweaty latex gloves, yes it’s that bad. After 1 week of use I have noticed BUBBLING which I am assuming will eventually puncture.Disappointing to say, but I will likely have to return this hose and just buy a traditional and more sturdy option.
