Any dryness, brittleness from aging, menopausal, damage from chlorine, color treatment etc is helped ONLY by this stuff - like I've never seen in ANY hair product.I leave the conditioner on for 5 minutes while I soap up and can feel such a huge difference by the time I rinse it out that it's like different hair. I don't think I can ever go back to other shampoos as expensive as I've tried...THIS is truly a game changer. Your hair goes from stiff and not being able to run your fingers through it when wet at the beginning to relaxed, softened and easy to run your fingers through and silky. Almost like it was infused with health and life! After I blowdry my hair is bouncy, happy and plump! I was introduced to it at the Japanese Salon I used to go to and it was hard to find anywhere else. Happy that Amazon carries it - totally worth the cost. A little conditioner goes a long way! Tip: It goes on like a thick cream, and I would recommend smoothing it into your hair from ends to roots then letting it sit for 5-10 minutes (if you can spare that in the shower).
