Until one broke… *by M***E on December 1, 2023* One of the two traps just stopped working, and we just received them 3 days ago. I did contact customer service, so I will update this review depending on how that goes. For now, I’m giving 3 stars. The trap that is working is clearly catching many of the pesky gnats we have from our houseplants. I poured peroxide on the plant with the infestation and turned on the trap at night. The next day, there was like 30 gnats in the trap! Hopefully the seller resolves my issue and this was just a fluke! —————— UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they promptly responded (within 24 hrs) to my email asking for my name and address so they could replace the faulty unit. Within 3 days of contacting them, I had a new unit at my doorstep! Excellent customer service, so I am changing my original rating of 3 stars to 4 stars.
