**Q: Is this model USB?**
A: No. It has a Gameport.

**Q: What adapter do you need to use it with windows 10 usb?**
A: Can't imagine why you'd want to do that, but you'd need a gameport to usb adapter of some sort. There are many nicer USB gamepads that work on windows 10 out of the box for less money if you want something that just works. If you really wanted a gravis gamepad in particular there is a usb version that more closely resembles the PS1 controller. If it's the SNES shape you're after, there are many high quality copies available for PC.

**Q: Is the joystick included?**
A: Yes it comes with it. It's a gray joystick that screws in. If you are buying it used then you should make sure they still have it because it's easy to lose.

This is of course a classic gamepad nearly synonymous with dos gameplay but as a new product the buttons are a bit mushy and unresponsive and the Dpad is difficult to be precise with. I love mine but if you want an actually good DOS gamepad look elsewhere.

    Good gamepad for Descent!

I've used this gamepad for Descent ever since a friend of mine made me aware of it. The blue and yellow buttons work great for forward and back and the red and green buttons are great for fire one and two. I'm realy happy to find one that works. It also works pretty good under X-Wing and TIE fighter. If you want a joystick with tons of buttons and axis you'll need to look else where but for a simple one axis, four button pad it's great!
