It might be bit hard to get used to the shape, but once you start using you will feel the difference. I have had wrist numbness using the ordinary mouse, but after I switched to this the numbness is gone. Also the lights on the mouse and extra buttons makes it more convenient to use.

I bought this last month to replace the mouse I had for 3 years that just broke the scrollwheel. After 1 month, it started to cut out randomnly - and now if I try to plug it in, my computer just says 'USB Device not Recognaize', so now its a glorified paperweight. You get what you pay for, I guess.
