So 4 circles mean 4 circular shaped patches. **Q: Can these be cut to fit need?** A: These liners come in a couple of different sizes. Because they are constructed of two (2) layers of material I would NOT recommend cutting to fit. In my case I found they did a good job of overcoming a friction issue that was causing my skin to blister. **Q: Are they reusable?** A: These patches are absolutely reusable and can be washed right along with your regular laundry.
