It comes with a comprehensive training DVD and meal plan to support your fitness journey. ## Description The PS500 is the base model for the Personal Series home market. The Ab Coaster PS500 puts you on the fast track to great abs! This machine works exactly the opposite from a traditional ab crunch machine. Rather than working your ab muscles from the top down, the Ab Coaster PS500 works from the bottom up, helping you target those hard-to-reach lower abs. Just kneel on the comfortable carriage, and pull your knees up. It’s as simple as that! As you lift, the knee carriage glides along the biometrically-designed curved track, engaging your lower abs first, then the middle and upper region, giving you a complete abdominal workout from the bottom-up. The Ab Coaster keeps you in perfect form and makes it easy for anyone, regardless of fitness level, to exercise your entire abdominal region correctly and effectively every time, without straining your neck or lower back. The Ab Coaster also features a multi-angle adjustable seat to help you work your love handles and plate-loading posts to add extra weights for advanced users. The Ab Coaster PS500 has all the same features and benefits as some of our commercial models but is slightly smaller for those who wish to conserve space. Perfect for workouts at home! ## Features - The ORIGINAL Award Winning Abs Workout Machine - For over 10 years, The Ab Coaster has been used in millions of homes around the world to Change Lives From the Core! - GET A COMPLETE CORE WORKOUT - Target Hard to Reach Lower Abs with Bottom Up Motion. The instructions were clear and even included dietary suggestions and tips to help you get the most out of your workout. The only con I see is the track could be a bit longer as I find myself swing back a little too far and hitting the stops on the end. It counts your reps and is easy to reset. It has pads for your elbows so you're focused more on abs than not falling off. It makes very little noise (unless you swing too far and hit the stops on the back). The pads are comfortable and the unit seems stable. You can purchase weights to amp up the difficulty. I would say this is excellent for the price. ### ⭐ Not Original *by A***H on Reviewed in Saudi Arabia on 12 September 2022* It is not the original. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it! *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on 30 July 2024* It was very easy to assemble. It took about 50 minutes to unpack and assemble. It works great and you can feel it working the first time using it. Like any exercise machine, you must use it to reap the benefits. It's a great way to work abs and reduce waist size. Highly recommend ## Frequently Bought Together - Ab Coaster® PS500 - Original, Ultimate Core Workout, 6 Pack Ab Exercise Machine for Home Use, Less Stress on Neck, Back, and Shoulders, Abdominal/Core Fitness Equipment for All Training Levels - Fitvids Vinyl Standard 1-Inch Plate Weight Plate for Strength Training and Weightlifting, Pairs or Sets - Yes4All Standard 1" Cast Iron Weight Plate - Ideal for Strength Training - Multiple Weight: 5LB to 25LB (Single & Set of 4) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ec/products/513382642-ab-coaster-ps500-original-ultimate-core-workout-6-pack-ab](https://www.desertcart.ec/products/513382642-ab-coaster-ps500-original-ultimate-core-workout-6-pack-ab) --- *Product available on Desertcart Ecuador* *Store origin: EC* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
