The sauna and cold plunge arrived damaged. I was supposed to be a dealer for them. They didn’t care to get it working for me for me to sell the saunas for them. For a couple months I begged them to fix it or have someone help as it’s just been a mess on the showroom. They have a warehouse and service staff just 40 min away and refuse to come over. They refuse to refund or be helpful. Their product is flimsy, cheap materials, poorly constructed wood that is cracked and very very thin. The clasps dont work well and hold the unit together, the heaters don’t fit in the glass holes cut out for them. The door doesn’t shut. The lights inside don’t work. Fully connected it takes over 90 minutes to reach 100F and does not go much higher. Not good for a sauna to be same as body temperature. The bench inside was broken off and could see they used 4 different length and type of screws out of the 5 needed for the bench. Poor craftsmanship. 2 of the screws weren’t long enough to go into the wood back well enough to hold so it split the panel all the way up. This is how it arrived to me. I wouldn’t recommend working with this company. Cindy, the representative, was dishonest, made promises that she didn’t follow through and didn’t care that her products didn’t work.
