The centre one is to connect the power supply mains adaptor. The left one coloured blue and marked with a globe symbol connects to a spare ethernet port on your router using a standard ethernet cable. My unit came with an ethernet cable. The right hand socket coloured green and marked with a telephone handset symbol connects directly to the telephone. The Grandstream has an American RJ 11 type socket so if your telephone has a standard BT plug you will require an RJ 11 plug to BT socket lead. I picked up one of these for £2 - 49. from Amazon. No other connections are needed. If you want to make voip calls as well using an analogue phone/system, you will need the Grandstream HT802.
