I'll be honest, the more I began to play with fidgets, I noticed a decrease in my own stress/anxiety. There is definitely some scientific merit behind fidgets. Anyway, the XL Mobii Daydream is amazing! Its the perfect size for my big hands (6'04" 2015lbs), but my 9 year old still really enjoys it. If you're purchasing for a small kid, you may want to consider a smaller size, but I think the XL works for everyone. The craftsmanship is superb! It looks beautiful and just feels so great to manipulate. this is hands down one of my favorite fidgets next to my haptic/magnetic slider and a bicycle chain toy that I created. The only downside is this thing is incredibly expensive.... is it worth it? Hard to say.... but I recently purchased a 2nd one. This thing will never break, so as long as you don't lose it, you'll have it for many, many years.
