Although it only lasts in the body for about 30 minutes it does an awful lot in such a short time. If you are interested, find all the research on line you will be intrigued and amazed at the things it does for you. Love this company and trust it. There are a couple of reviewers here that shed light on the fact you may need more than the 2 capsules in a day to benefit There is no known optimal dose according to “The Kaufman Protocol” Terrific book for those of us that rage against age. Personally I take 4 capsules (2+2) giving 500mg per day as I am a slight woman. So the bag lasts me 6 weeks which is still good value and enables me to still split the dose. This is still cost effective against other brands that only provide a massive once a day 1000mg. Review: Great product - I struggled a bit to get the dosage right as I was quite ill at first. On the positive side at least you know that you're not taking filler! My body is generally quite sensitive to medication, so I wasn't surprised. Once I got the dosage right, I found that it made a huge difference to my wellbeing and I have cut back on my anti depressant medication. It's definitely given me more energy and has helped me with my sugar cravings.
