They are glass, not acrylic, which really ups the sparkle factor. They refract the light on your tree like real icicles do, that’s what they look like…real icicles. I bought one box and after seeing how beautiful they were on my tree, I bought two more boxes. They are packed with care, each one is individually wrapped in tissue paper, and then they’re wrapped in bubble wrap, put in a sturdy cardboard box and then that slides into the outer box. Not even one out of the 72 icicles I received was broken, not one. These were one of the best purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon. They are simply gorgeous. No photos can do them justice, but I’m going to share a couple anyway.
