I ordered a personalized cutting board from Gifts to Engrave as a gift for my niece’s engagement party. When it arrived, I was disappointed to see the name was spelled incorrectly. I left a voicemail (well after business hours), and to my surprise, I received a call back shortly after from a very kind and helpful woman who reassured me they could fix the issue.I also sent an email before the call, and the next day I received a response from Jennifer (possibly the owner?). She was just as amazing and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I explained that time was tight—the party was just 4 days away—and they immediately re-engraved the board and had the corrected one shipped out. It arrived in just 3 days, in time for the event!The replacement was perfect, and my niece absolutely loved it. A huge thank you to both women who helped turn a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Gifts to Engrave based on their outstanding customer service alone—plus the cutting board itself was beautiful and well-made!

The product did come broken in half. Honestly I thought it would be a hassle to replace or return etc. However, the seller made the fix simple and very quick. I didn’t even have to wait more than a day or two for another. When the fixed board arrived , it was a Father’s Day gift to my partner. And let me say, he is cooking more :) it was personalized and it has great quality. You can cut on it and pieces of would do not come off. I still have to learn how to clean it properly because it’s my first time owning a wooden cutting board but overall I was very pleased. If you see this and want to get one. You will be very satisfied.

I purchased this as a gift for my son’s birthday, ans he is all about cooking. Even with personalization, this gift literally was shipped to my house the next day, which I was pleasantly shocked to say the least! It turned out absolutely perfect, even better than what I had imagined. Beautiful. Great quality. I wish I got a picture of my son‘s face as he opened this gift up. He loved it!

The board is beautiful and the engraving could not be more perfect. It’s so clean and the color looks exactly like the photo. I’m so so so happy about my order and for the price it’s a done deal. Bought this as a christmas gift for newly engaged couple. I paired with a book about "boards" and it made a great gift for the couple. The engraving gave it that extra nice touch and the price was reasonable.

This product is gorgeous and appears to be very high-quality! I made an error in the customization when I first ordered and the seller was so communicative and flexible with me to get it replaced.
