Our current crusher has ridges for the twisting action but pill powder gets stuck in the ridges.** A: No, there are no ridges on the inside. There is nothing inside for the "pill-powder" to cling to. The inside is completely smooth and cylinder/cone shaped. The threads are on the outside so that you don't have that problem. You are able to use this crusher without loosing any of your "dose", and you have to worry about groves ridges, threads or anything you'd have to dig the powder out of. I use mine everyday & it is the best one I've ever had. **Q: Can you crush multiple pills at the same time?** A: I just checked with those who use it. They routinely crush several small pills at the same time, and they find that to be easy. Works perfect. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for people who can't take tablets *by C***A on 14 December 2024* I purchased this for my daughter who struggles to take tablets (she is 20 and still using Calpol) and this has been a godsend. It crushes things like paracetamol up perfectly to a fine dust that can be popped into a drink or yoghurt without any issues the only drawback is if the tablets have a coating, sometimes depending on the type of coating it doesn't always break that up so you need to either remove it or break it up separately. Regardless of that I am extremely pleased with it and will always have one in the medicine cabinet from now on.
