Most trays I buy fail after a year** A: The non stick coating on this range is the best I have ever used. It is an anodised finish rather than the more common PTFE, or Teflon. I have been using several different sizes for at least 3 or 4 years on a regular basis, and they clean up like new everey time, with the minimum of effort.
