Not very strongly flavoured, but there is a definite hint of orange to the orange ones, and ginger in the ginger ones. As has been noted, the vanilla ones have a distinct coconut component. They are very small; the sort of biscuit you might expect on the side of a posh coffee or tea, and have the brittleness of a typical sugar biscuit. I would rate the Border Biscuits selection and the Walkers selection above these, both for flavour and because they're a more satisfying snack portion, but the Cafe Bronte ones are entirely munchable.
