A: Hi, 
All towballs have the same hole centres. They are 90mm and are suited for my bolts.

**Q: What is distance in mm from top of horizontal bar to midpoint of ball?**
A: Little difficult to get exactly as the arm holding the ball curves downwards from the holding plate initially before rising which gives more clearance but it looks like its 57mm. I use a Thule XT 933 bike carrier which fits this well but would not fit on a standard ball. Hope this helps

A: If you have the standard tow ball it will tow low.Replace with the high reach tow ball it is I believe the correct legal required tow ball.
