Dark Green Reindeer Moss (500g)

Always buy this, but some times it can be full of black bits, but it is most of the time good for my project.

This is great faux moss, which is exactly what I wanted, purely for a Christmas decoration.I would've given 5 stars but it did have a bit of a smell which other reviewers had pointed out and the green dye did transfer to my fingers, the moss did feel slightly damp when I opened the bag, I'm not complaining just pointing out the facts for people who read honest reviews!A day later there is no smell (maybe it was the dye used that caused it to smell and the dye did wash off my hands easily) so I would definitely buy again!

This was the best priced moss on Amazon. It was great for my DIY project and I was happy with it.However, there are some downsides. First of all, it smells of chemicals! Not sure what it is, but it smells. I don't mind, but others might.Secondly, it seems the moss was painted or something, because when I try to glue it, my hands become all green! I thought it was the natural colour, but when I try to wash it off, they're still a bit green. Again, I don't mind, it goes away after a day or two. But it's just something to keep in mind.Finally, there are a few bits inside the moss, kind of like pine needles. They are dark green, almost black, and they also stain. They are not usable, so I try my best to take them out of the moss when I use it. This is very time consuming. Again, I don't mind, I find it relaxing to do that, but I'm 100% sure that it would be annoying for others.Overall, great price compared to other products. However, not a great product unless you are not very fussy when it comes to the quality. However, if you want something good, stay away from this smelly, hand staining product. I will, however, probably order it again, because I'm a cheapskate.

Gives my plants a little bit of luxury look rather than bare soil. Got it for my 3 orchid but enough to do 3-4 others .Goes a long way. Love it

Such beautiful thick soft green moss. Fills my pot and looks great. Am recommending it to friends

Great amount. Funny smell and lots of black bits: took an hour to clean them out but then left with lots of usable moss. All I. All for the price per weight worth it

This is my second order of this moss. I it very good quality and last for a long time before it looses any colour.

Wanted it to go in some outside pots around some faux box balls. It is dyed, so doesn't stay dark green, but it's fine.
