Review: NICKS Vanilla Stevia Drops is zero calorie and natural. - This NICKS Vanilla Stevia Drops is a game changer. I have been eating a bowl of supermarket Greek style Yogurt for years and due to its bitterness have put in 2 tablespoons of supermarket honey. I found out that honey is dense sugar so when I stumbled across NICKS Vanilla Stevia Drops I thought I'd try them in place of the sugary honey. Superb, no taste but sweetens the yogurt perfectly. I highly recommend these and shall use them always and forever. If you try you too will keep using them. They are natural, zero calorie, easy to use with the attached dropper and good value for money.
Review: Lovely flavour. - Lovely flavour, thanks.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What Are Net Carbs, anyway?**
A: Net carbs are the carbohydrates in food that can be absorbed by your body and that have an impact on your blood sugar levels. Get it by subtracting polyols (sugar alcohols) from Total carbohydrates per serving: Carbohydrates - Polyols = Net Carbs.

**Q: What sweeteners do you use?**
A: We use a mix of sweeteners, such as stevia, xylitol, erythritol and sucralose, which gives the bars a sweet mouthfeel, but with a minimal blood sugar effect.

**Q: Why do not you use wheat?**
A: Wheat consists mostly of starch, which are chains of glucose that the body converts to just that - glucose - lightning fast!

**Q: Do you use palm oil in your products?**
A: Nope, no palm oil is present in any of our products. Good, is not it? We instead use vegetable oil in the form of sunflower, shea and coconut.

**Q: Can I eat NICKS when I follow a low calorie diet?**
A: Of course! If you are disciplined and good at planning your calorie intake, our products can definitely be accommodated. Maybe not every day but definitely sometime!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hmmm still not sure 🤔
*by R***N on 17 May 2023*

I kinda like it one day then I find it too sweet the next . I make matcha tea and add a few drops for sweetness . Does leave a fake sweetness to the back of my tongue . I would buy again but if wait until it was maybe reduced in price as it's quite expensive
