Cool toy
You can see the individual pixels on anything larger than about 12 inches, but I was able to play DOOM on a 60 inch ish screen no problem. Some times a huge low quality picture is better than a small detailed picture, and this is ok for those occasions. The inbuilt menus for playing a USB stick were impressive, video playback allows zoom, pan, slow motion etc. For £30 it's a cool gadget, but if you want something with a better resolution for more serious regular use, go for the Yaufey one at around £80.

Sent it back after 30 mins.
I was excited when this arrived. Was looking for a small projector to maybe show a slideshow during a party, or show a video when with family. I agree, it's small, compact with loads of features. But, sadly, it doesn't do the job. The projected image, even in a darkened room is very poor. Tried with HDMI, AV and USB connectivity. Upping the brightness doesn't do much to improve the projection. Even worse than the picture quality is the sound. Essentially none. You'd need to connect to a powered speaker for anything other than a silent room. Really disappointed.

URGENT PLEASE HELP
The picture quality seems okay but i am unable to connect it to ANYTHING.I bought an HDMI-USB cable and have tried it in my lap top from both ends. It does not register signal through the USB input or HDMI input (obviously i have changed the input on the projector each time)URGENT (I NEED THIS FOR A WORK PROJECT AND THE DEADLINE IS FAST APPROACHING) please advise as to what cable I need to purchase to be able to view images on the projector from my MacbookThank you.

Poor picture and worse sound. Avoid.
Not sure where all these 5 star reviews came from. I would bet on the manufacturer or seller. Take a look at the reviews, broken English and very excited about this projector. It is in fact pretty diabolical. Picture okish and sound is non-existent - you will need an external speaker. For £29.99 I didn't expect much and it was worse than that. If you get this then don't say I didn't warn you. I returned this and got another projector from Amazon. The £39.99 Deeplee DP500 Mini Projector (1800 Lumens). For £10 more it is many times better. I went for this projector because it could run off a battery pack and could be taken and used anywhere. I got it mainly for Halloween projections, couple of scary pumpkins, dancing skeletons, etc. But for the portability you certainly lose quality. Half the time testing it, it wouldn't turn on, I had to press the button a few times. The new projector I got instead isn't as portable, running off mains power, but it certainly does the job.

ok
For this price I didn't find any better projector than this. Perfect for my small room. To set this up it took me about 5 minutes, I just had to plug the AC power cable and connect the projector to my laptop with the HDMI cable. After the first use I felt like in theatre, but much more comfortable sitting on my own couch. The image can be seen in rooms with ambient light, but the darker the room the better. Great sharp image and amazing colors. I’ve managed to get the best picture quality with Projection size is 50 inches’ diagonal. The picture is powered by LED lamp that has a brightness of 400 lumens with 20000 hours Lifetime.I usually connect with my laptop over a HDMI cable but also has a card reader slot. Since I bought this Video Projector we use it almost every night to watch a movie. I wish I would have bought this one earlier. I would absolutely recommend this not only for household use, but also for for use in classrooms, large auditoriums or office.

Amazing little unit
Purchased this to aid with my artwork in increasing the size of certain reference points from photographic images onto canvas or artboard, unfortunately my adult son got to it first and now I need to get another one as this one is being used to project Netflix onto the wall which it does very well. The image is still clear at 100inches (diagonally)Good to know how big I can increase my images.

Doesn't do what they say it should. Poor.
Picture quality is good for the price. Easy to use. Sound quality is non existent. Will work with the mains adapter when external speaker is plugged in. The description says it will work from a phone charger/charging bank but it won't. You can get a picture for a short amount of time but very little sound through the internal speaker and no sound at all from an external speaker.... Which defeats the point of it being supposedly portable. Not recommended.

Not a bad little device - I do have a more high spec projector but it was a more high spec price! - but wanted one to project cartoons on outside walls for Halloween. It looks good enough for this. Quite simple to use - I used full sized SD cards via a little USB convertor gadget. Sound quality better than expected, too.
