My supermarket didn’t have any gluten/wheat free gnocchi, so I tried this brand. It’s perfect, tastes just like the one I used to have and doesn’t upset my stomach. It’s handy that it comes in portions too, as one half is perfect for feeding two. Obviously I can’t speak for everyone, but I would definitely say it’s worth trying if you have gluten/wheat sensitivities. I personally find the texture of these gnocchi to be quite acceptable. I ordered these, and I would highly recommend them. Good value for money, and great quality. Cook exactly as instructed on the packet. Would recommend that you remove one piece and taste for texture prior to draining. That way if the texture is too firm for your liking you simple cook further, in my case 2 minutes (then retry a piece) to achieve your desired texture. I served mine with a bolognaise sauce and fresh Parmesan cheese grated all over! Absolutely delicious! It has a really nice taste too, and always tastes fresh despite the fact that you can keep it in the cupboard for months.
