It tastes good, is easy to take and because it is a liquid, easily absorbed. The big question is its effectiveness and indeed the effectiveness of Biotin in respect of hair / nail condition and growth. I have taken this supplement over many months to help with weak nails and thinning hair. There is no notable difference.
