Asked about sleep but I can't say I slept any better, although that is maybe unfair to the product because I'm currently ill so I got to sleep at midnight and woke up by 3am. But I guess that tells you this stuff is not magic and will not make you sleep through illness or make you feel better.Not too difficult to swallow, and the taste is kind of there and kind of not, I wouldn't say they have no taste they just taste herby organic as I'll describe it.Can't say they really did anything.

I bought this because I read it was beneficial for improving sleepIve been taking it for a week so far my sleep seems deeper than usual

I have given 5* but i have no option but to trust it - so far no adverse affects but then not taken many pills...
