Very handy little ladder
Being only 5' 3" and having shoulder issues, I have a very hard time reaching things out of my upper cabinets. Getting older, I no longer felt secure standing on a chair or a step stool. So I was very excited to find this little ladder with it's rubber grip handles. It is pretty lightweight considering it's size. Easily handled by myself so I can move it wherever I need to use it. It holds several hundred pounds, so I never have to worry about anything breaking, even when I have something very heavy to lift/carry. Even my 6' 4" husband can get on this securely without it groaning or creaking or bending anywhere. The handles on the sides are so nice! I feel much more secure climbing with something to hold on to. The steps are nice and big, not narrow like a typical step ladder. So my foot can get all the way onto the step, helping my balance and also making it MUCH easier on the legs! The rubber feet grip the floor so I never have to worry about anything slipping. The one thing that I will caution you about though, is when you first open it, step CAREFULLY on the first step and hold on to the handles. The top step has a groove in it that sort of 'clamps' down over the top rail in the back, effectively 'locking' the ladder in place so it will not close up on you. The trouble is, at least for me, I do not have the strength to 'lock' it in place. So when I first step on the bottom step, the ladder will drop slightly and give a slight pop as the top step locks into place. Be ready for it or it will throw you off balance. The one thing that I have a bit of trouble with is, again, that top step locking. Once I am finished and ready to put the ladder away, I have a bit of trouble getting the top step to turn loose of the rail and 'unlock' so I can fold it up again. But I have found that a rubber mallet tapped very gently underneath the edge of the top step, is enough to pop it loose so that I can fold it up and put it away.It was very straightforward to put together, although I would recommend having two people. Just so that one can hold things in place while the other actually puts in the screws and tightens the nuts. I did it by myself, but it would just be easier with two people.Overall it is a very handy, nice, sturdy little ladder that I can handle by myself and helps me to feel secure while climbing. I would definitely buy it again.

Very secure, good for seniors
Having tall ceilings, this ladder gave me the confidence to tackle painting two rooms. The assembly was easy until it came to the side rails where I found I needed a friend with a different screw driver. It folds easily. Not lightweight but manageable for a fairly old lady to move about.

Sturdy Ladder
It is just what I wanted to use to paint my upper kitchen cabinets. Sturdy, wide steps, solid platform, and a wide tool/paint shelf. The ladder handrails making it easy to go up and down. I found my legs did not get sore after using this ladder. Works great.

Meh
The handrails were very difficult to boat to the stepladder. Otherwise, it’s a perfectly acceptable stepladder.

strong ladder 10 inches between rungs
nice ladder and very strong. Wish they would have mentioned 10 inches between rungs. I was looking for 8 inches, but luckily, I can use it. It is heavy, so not for the weak... just someone with issues climbing.

Perfect!
This is exactly what I hoped for. It's easy to use, doesn't hurt your feet and gets you up pretty high.In the past I had to wear shoes because my feet would hurt on narrow metal rungs. These are wide and comfortable. Also, they are sturdy and are of high quality.
