The filtration is top-notch and the water tastes so fresh and clean! The filters are less expensive than comparable brands. ### ⭐ Clogs after 7-10 days - Doesn't work as Advertised *by on Reviewed in Canada 14 December 2023* For a few days the Pur Plus filter that came with the pitcher drained the 4-cup tray in 20 minutes. The drain time got longer every day until after 7-10 days it took 4-5 hours to drain the tray. I closely followed online instructions to de-clog the filter (turn upside down, shake vigorously until granules move freely, rinse drain ports for 30 sec cold then 30 sec warm). This reduced drain time to 3-4 hours for one day, then it was back to 6 hours. I call Pur and they sent another filter no charge : ) But the same thing happened. I've seen many similar complaints online.
