She really enjoyed putting it together and seeing it work by powering leds and fans. We even used it to trigger a relay and test another circuit. One thing I was not overly haply with is that it can only put out 200mah which is very very low and makes it basically useless after you play with it for a few minutes. If they had made it like 1 amp or more it would be a really useful tool after building. I guess I missed that in the description somehow 🤷‍♂️. I can still use it to test small electronic components but nothing big. Review: Fun to build and very useful afterwards - The kit wasn’t too difficult to assemble. It was quite enjoyable to build. After it was done, I was able to use it for several other projects requiring a power source. This is much cheaper than a dedicated bench power supply.
