Making parkour accessible
I have read several books on parkour as I am trying to learn. Most keep it just out of reach. This book makes it accessible. I like that it starts with safety (how to roll and fall properly- because you will fall at some point if you are pushing yourself at all)The explanations and illustrations are very clear and easy to follow. While I am not able to do all of it yet, I am on the right path.I also appreciate that these are tools that help me navigate the world safely and help me see some opportunity for play around me everyday.I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone who has been intrigued seeing the effortless way a traceur navigates the obstacles in their path. It is available to you as well.

A foundational work for the Parkour practitioner, and fitness enthusiast alike!
The title says it all. Mr. Fury clearly describes the variety of techniques instrumental to building a strong foundation in Parkour Training. The progression laid out is practical and functional. The illustrations iin the book are well drawn and incorporated into the content and further clarify the instructions. In addition to the intrinsic value of this great book, the author provides a link and access to training freebies at the end of the book. This is a must read for Parkour enthusiasts as well as martial artist, survivalists and anyone interested in functional athletic preformence and fitness. It should be on everyone's bookshelf!I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Great basic knowledge
I bought this for a friend who loves to do parkour. He read it and told me it was useful on how to train to parkour. He has had previous knowledge on how to parkour and has some strength to do it. After reading the book, he has been training to get better in parkour and has gotten stronger. He said the book is very useful and a must for beginner parkourers

Excellent parkour
This is a wonderful book. The diagrams are precise and the instructions are crystal clear. As shown, Parkour is an excellent form of exercise as well as a great system for escape and self-defense. These exercises can be a great form of flexibility training. For an older person with a greater risk of fracture, it is particularly helpful to know how to reduce the chance of being injured in falls.

It’s simply the best fitness book I’ve found.
If you can do parkour, you are in great physical condition and parkour training is whole body training. Perfect fitness. Excellent presentation of the foundation training. He lays out the sequence of practices and explains very clearly how they build one on the other. And it’s such common sense that when you read it, you think how could I not have seen this? His cautions are timely and to the point. If you screw up, you knew better. I’ve started practicing very slowly. I’m old. I don’t expect to do much parkour but I do expect my balance and fitness level to advance significantly. I recommend this book with no reservations. First exercise fitness book I’ve ever thought what worthy of a review. Enjoy!

Cool
Has god stuff about the basics. It teach progression and calysthenics to do basic parkour moviments. I just think that will be cooler if it had the "acrobacy" part
