And of course, I wanted decaf that was Swiss water processed, so there would be no chemicals. And of course, it's organic as well. While I do wish they'd come out with a dark roast decaf (I like a really strong, deep roast flavor), this makes a delicious cup of bulletproof coffee for me in the mornings.
