Right Shift key should be twice the size, same as left shift key.
Please fix the right shift key size, it is way too small. I keep hitting the pgup button instead, very frustrating. I pgup more than 50% when I wanted shift. Also, Screen lock is pressed 50% of time when I meant to press delete key (which is actually Backspace, not delete). 4 stars because of these two things, favormates, please listen and fix asap for future sales. Other than these critical flawed, I still like this keyboard, and may buy the updated if they offer these new options. Key pressure is just right, as noted in many reviews. Battery life is great. I like the screen closing detent, adding a little more pressure as the screen reaches fully closed, so good to have the screen remain closed when dropped. Also mentioned elsewhere, the outer surface is slippery, tends to slide off when layed on other than flat surfaces. I would like to see option to add rubbery surface black coating on part of, all of, or as stickers that are offered aftermarket, or included in future keyboards. Overall, it is hard to beat the price and nice function of this keyboard.

No issues, worthwhile purchase!
I definitely like the keyboard thus far. The size of the keys are large enough that you can read them without glasses (in my case) and while it isn’t full size, adapting to it isn’t that big of a deal. So far no connectivity problems and it seems to be holding a charge. It doesn’t open as far as a laptop does but that is not a deal breaker by any stretch of the imagination. The price point of this keyboard compared to actual Apple products is much easier to swallow. I shopped around on other sites for months such as BestBuy, Walmart, Target, etc but none had the color (gold) to match my iPad or the hard case/fun lights. So the extras are really an added bonus in my mind.Be sure to double check model numbers of acceptable iPads before purchase to ensure your iPad fits. I ordered this on a Sunday and it arrived on Friday so shipping is not an issue. It came reasonably well packaged; my only concern was that the air packing materials were slightly flat. But no cosmetic issues or functionality problems at this point. Looking forward to using this product!Long story short: if you’re on the edge of ordering this product, JUMP. You won’t regret it.

Less than a year and letters are worn off keys
This is my second keyboard for an iPad...when I bought the new iPad I bought this one. Can’t imagine using my iPad without a keyboard. This one looks nice but in less than a year, several of the letters have worn off the keyboard. I type by touch so it’s not a big deal but it looks bad. The outside is showing lots of wear, too. My last keyboard had more of a rubbery outside case so it didn’t show wear at all. This one is smooth, much like the iPad itself, so it doesn’t hold up. When the keyboard loses it’s charge, it’s just gone...there’s no warning or anything. That’s been inconvenient a couple of times but the charge lasts for quite a while. I should probably just charge it occasionally and then not have to worry about that. I expect I’ll have to get a new keyboard case way before the iPad itself is worn out.

Easy to setup and performs as advertised
The keyboard has a great look and feel. The setup was easy. It really enhances my iPad 2017. I will have to wait and see concerning the battery life. I have only used it for one day. The only problem I encountered so far is the removal of the iPad from the clam cover. It was a struggle until I found a generic video on YouTube that describes and shows how to remove an iPad from a clam cover. The user guide that was included was useless. Speaking of the user guide, the print is so small I needed a magnifying glass to read it. A user guide in PDF format that could be downloaded from the website would be helpful. One last think, it is a bit top heavy and cannot be opened with one hand. A minor problem that I have worked around.

Great, however keyboard can sometimes have issues
This is great! I've had my ipad for 5 or 6 years and my parents decided to get me a new one for Christmas. I really wanted a keyboard case so that I could take it with me to my classes rather than my heavy laptop which is slowly killing my back. The case itself seems really sturdy, however, it is super easy to scratch it, which is disappointing. I don't think taking it to class would be the best idea since you do have to apply a lot of pressure on the keys and it would not be easy to take notes at a fast speed to capture stuff the professor is saying. However, it does it's job and I love that I am able to use my ipad as a laptop outside of class.

This is great, it works, it hasn't broken
This is a nice case. It fits my ipad, it works well. There is this weird thing that whenever got to blue tooth connect it makes like a new signal each time so I just have this long list of the same keyboard name. Weird but overall doesn't really affect anything. Also the charging port almost seemed broken when I got it. I thought the charger wouldn't fit in because the port wasn't lined up correctly, but I just had to angle it slightly down when I put it in. It works so it's not a huge deal, but for the price I'd expected a bit better. The charge lasts a crazy long time. I've had to charge it very few times since I got it.

Love the hard shell case
My decision to purchase a keyboard case for my new iPad came down to this item and the Logitech Slim Portfolio similar to the one I bought my wife. However, the new version of that Logitech is now $20 more expensive than this Favormates case. I love the hard shell case, but more impotantly, I love the fact I can tilt it to any angle whereas the Logitech can only support one angle. That is the big plus. I also like the lighted keyboard. The keyboard is somewhat small for my hands, but any keyboard that supports an iPad is going to be small. If there is any drawback, its that it has its own battery supply rather than feeding off the iPad charge, but that is such a small inconvenience, its really not worth mentioning. I rarely have to charge it with the supplied USB cord.
