You can use it with your dentures in or out. It's a wonderful rinse that with regular use, changes the chemistry of your mouth for the better. **Q: What does it taste like?** A: Although it looks like pond scum I do not find the taste objectionable. It’s hard to describe the taste, but it’s not bitter and not sweet and doesn’t leave an after taste.
