A: The battery box is on the left or right side of the mermaid dress. After installing 3 AAA batteries, flip the switch on the battery box to turn on the light of the mermaid tutu dress.

Very good quality, true to size. The tutu is beautiful, the colors and sparkles are spectacular. I bought it for my niece, and she said it was comfortable and not itchy. What I love most is that after her costume party, she could wear it to play dolls with her friends.

We wanted to use it as a halloween dress for my 2 year, the fit was perfect around the chest and waist, maybe a tiny bit long depending on how tall your child is(went down to her ankles, & she's 34") It had lights in the skirt with a battery pack. So cute! Very cheap
